I recently filed for unemployment and I am getting a steady check from the unemployment office. My girlfriend is still employed full-time and her job seems to be stable. We want to see if we qualify for a home loan using her income and my unemployment income. Do you know if my unemployment income counts and if it will help us in getting approved for the loan or if it will hurt us?

We are considering purchasing a house within the next year or two. It would probably be an FHA loan because coming up with the down-payment is one of our biggest challenges. Right now we pay almost $1100 a month just in rent and price range of homes we were looking at would have a monthly payment of around $600 (even with the low down payment from FHA). I have a direct subsidized loan for $1718 first semester and $1717 second semester. I need some of this money for gas to get to and from school. I want to take the whole thing and just put it into a separate bank account and just use what i need for gas. The problem is i don’t know if the interest starts six months after i take the loan or six months after i graduate. I dint want tons of interest to pay! So basically i just need to know is if i take the money will it accumulate interest while im still in school?

Any large private bank does the legal verification of the builders’ documents before they disburse loan for apartment flat.
However, I have seen people do the legal verification themselves – Is it really required?
Isn’t the bank responsible for the legal verification since we pay them processing fee separately.

Do they stpo the accounts? Put a halt on them, or do they keep them open? I dont mind putting a halt, but to close the accounts after all is paid on the consolidation loan, i would like to know i have an open line of credit with my card company. Any input will be gladly appreciated! Thanks!
