I’m sixteen and no I am not expecting to buy a house anytime soon. I just want to know what I can do so when I am older I can be approved for a good loan to get a nice house. Also, what else do I need to know about this?

October 22nd, 2009I have a guy friend I cosigned a loan for the amount was 2,900 and he will not pay the loan for anything. He is past due on the whole amount and Sallie Mae is coming after me for the late payments. This is his loan is there anyway that I can remove myself from his loan? This loan is messing up my personal loan for my own college. HELP!
