i have a lot of student loan debt and want to consolidate. however, i’m sure that because it is a private loan they’re going to run my credit. do you know what is the lowest score i can have to consolidate?

December 25th, 2009I took an $8000.00 loan from a loan company. The loan company used my 1994 truck as a kind of collataral threrby placing a lien on my Title. The loans APR is over 7.9%.The interest acrues on a daily basis.The loan company designed the payment of $350.00 per month to last for five (5) years.Iam back in payment. I want to go back to school but scared that I may not be able to cope with the payment plus other payments like rent,utilities etc while studying at the same time etc. Wanted to trade my truck in for something more reliable but cannot because of the lien on my Title.Can somebody help talk some sense into my head?

It is our only debt of 14000 and my husband makes 45-50k depending on over time and work load. Would it be hard to get a small loan to get a little work car?
