I was pre approved for a home loan sent in all info W2 stubs etc loan officer says it looks pretty good but need to be sent to underwriting. I am so afraid I can’t stop think of it.

Stop worrying. The loan officer has lots of experience and would have told you if there were a problem. The bank is in the business of making loans so why would you be turned down?? The worst that could happen is that you will be approved with stipulations. If you have any collection accounts you may have to pay them off or close some line of credit that you are not using. They may change the terms of the loan slightly etc.
I was on the same position a few weeks ago…and worried the WHOLE time…. if the loan officer knows what he / she is doing that is half the battle…That is their job to present a good loan package to the underwriter… I look at it as they to the pre underwriting…. in underwriting that person will just verify what is on the loan applications…. if you have made it this far…. Just sit back, take a DEEP breath, plan your move and wait…. it will all be ok……
