Student loans are for SCHOOL-RELATED-EXPENSES, so unless you can convince the student loan company that a VERY CHEAP car is necessary (like if you have a 50 mile commute with no bus routes) as a transportation expsnse, you’re screwed. :/
I know how you feel, btw, I want to get a vespa, but I can’t afford it. :/
I got a loan check in the mail that I was able to cash, but they split my loan up into two payments. I don’t think you can get a lump sum.
